全氟化合物,简称PFCs,是有机化合物分子中的氢被氟取代形成C-F键的化合物,如果化合物分子中所有氢都被氟取代,则称为全氟有机化合物。由于PFCs拥有极难被破坏的C-F键,PFCs难以降解,会在环境和人体中累积,已被列入新型持久性有机污染物。
2024年3月19日,据新闻报道,日本多地陆续出现水体和居民血液中有机氟化合物含量偏高,可能与长期饮用含有高浓度全氟和多氟烷基物质的自来水有关。PFCs含有水溶性官能团,在水中溶解度大,能在水体中长期大量存在,其污染成为关系到环境和人类健康的重要议题。
